Message	Grr, I was sure that this was it, as the engine doesn't idle up for the power steering either (and it used to). There is indeed power to the FICD solenoid, and the ground ohms out just fine. I even went so far as to replace the solenoid's connector with one of those water proof ones from CZP just to make sure. Back to square one -_-
